JackSepticEye, Ireland's biggest YouTuber, has revealed just how he came up with his bizarre name in an upcoming documentary.
JackSepticEye, real name Seán William McLoughlin, is a YouTuber who has posted more than 4,000 videos and amassed more than 28 million subscribers.
Since finding fame on the platform from a series of comedic videos, such as 'reacting to the scariest videos on the internet' and computer game hacks such as 'How to cheat in Minecraft', the YouTuber has gone on to play Uncharted with none other than Spider-Man's Tom Holland as well as tour across the US and Europe.

McLoughlin is now set to release a documentary on his climb to influencer status, titled How Did We Get Here, which will also reveal just how he decided to come up with his iconic name.
In a clip of the film shared onto his YouTube, McLoughlin can be heard telling fans that if they 'come out from behind [their] screens', that he'll 'come out from behind [his]' at one of his stage show performances.
However, while the documentary is set to feature clips from the YouTuber's tour, it will also give viewers a glimpse into McLoughlin's childhood.

'Let's go all the way back to the very beginning. How did we get here. It's going to be a journey through my life,' the influencer explains.
The film is also set to reveal just how McLaughlin decided on his slightly bizarre YouTube name.
According to Entertainment.ae, the iconic name was a result of a childhood injury that McLaughlin sustained while growing up in a village in Offaly.

However, while opening up about the physical injury, the influencer also divulges the emotional journey he went on when deciding to become a YouTuber and the 'joy and happiness' the online community has brought him.
He stated, 'I think what I was searching for was family. Like human connection, that emotional connection.
'Most times people watch YouTubers because they like the person or like the personality and they want to just be involved in that friendship.'
The film also features an interview with his mother, his brother and a series of celebrities including Ryan Reynolds.

'People used to say to me, 'And what does he do?,' and I used to say, 'I don't know what he's doing'. He made us look up YouTube and find out,' his mother said.
The documentary is set to debut this evening, February 28, on MomentHouse, and can be viewed until March 1.
However, fear not, because if you aren't able to catch it, the documentary will also launch on various streaming services later this year.
