Jamie Lee Komoroski quickly rushed to enter a car with her father after she was released on bond this week.
Komoroski, 26, has been accused of drink driving and causing the crash that saw a bride killed on her wedding day.
She allegedly slammed her Toyota Camry into a golf cart carrying Samantha Miller and her new husband Aric Hutchinson as they left their wedding reception at Folly Beach, South Carolina, on April 28, 2023.

Miller died at the scene of the crash while her new husband sustained serious injuries, most notably a brain injury.
Prosecutors have said that Komoroski’s blood alcohol level was three times over the legal limit and alleged she was driving 65 mph in a 25mph zone when the crash happened.
She is awaiting trial on one count of reckless homicide, one count of felony DUI resulting in death and two counts of DUI resulting in injury.

On Friday, (March 1) Komoroski was released from police custody less than a year after the fatal crash.
She left with her father, Charles, after her bond was posted at $150,000 earlier that day.
The pair were seen exiting the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center in North Carolina and did not speak to reporters.

The bride’s mother, Lisa Miller, said the past year has been 'very challenging' for her and her family.
Speaking earlier this week she also said that she hopes Komoroski is hit with 'the most restrictions possible'.
“I want that to include house arrest, ankle monitoring and not being able to leave the state,” she told the New York Post.
“We were all expecting she would have been bonded out first time [last summer] but luckily the judge kept her in, I think that was to do with our impact statements.”

Initially, Komoroski was considered a flight risk, but the judge ruled that she was allowed out on bond if her trial was not scheduled before March. No trial date has yet been set.
Ahead of her release, Komoroski’s attorney, Chris Gramiccioni, reiterated that she was 'not a flight risk or a danger to the community'.
Komoroski will have to follow strict rules ahead of her trial.

She will have to remain in Charleston County under house arrest and only allowed to leave her home for medical emergencies or court orders.
Komoroski has also been restricted from driving and has handed over her passport.
If convicted of the charges against her, she faces up to 25 years in jail.
