Justin Bieber has apologised to a fan for calling his existence ‘sad’, however, whether or not it’s too late now to say sorry remains unclear.
The Biebs took to Instagram on Monday (8 August) to tell his 253 million followers that he’d commented ‘sad existence’ on a fellow Instagrammer’s page, and said the move has been ‘eating him up all day’.

The hit-maker didn’t specify whose account he’d commented on, but did reveal that he’d found their page ‘dumb’.
Bieber explained in an Instagram statement: “For some reason, I commented on some guy's page, ‘sad existence’ because he was doing something I thought was dumb.”
He added: “Not quite sure why I felt the need to write that. If he was doing what makes him happy, who am I to say anything.

“Hope it didn't hurt his feelings, it's been eating me up all day. To the dude, I wrote it to the man I am sorry." [sic]
Biebs recently got back on the road after he was forced to press pause on his tour following a Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS) diagnosis. RHS is a rare illness that causes facial paralysis and hearing loss.
In June, the star took to Instagram to reveal that he was unable to move the right side of his face and would be taking time away from the spotlight to recuperate.
He explained: “I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome and is from this virus that attacks the nerves in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis.”

Bieber then demonstrated that he was unable to move one side of his face before continuing: “As you can see, this eye is not blinking.
“I can’t smile on this side of my face, this nostril will not move. There’s full paralysis of this side of my face.”
He went on: “So for those who are frustrated by cancellations of my next shows, I’m just physically not capable of doing them. This is pretty serious, as you can see.
"I wish this wasn’t the case, but obviously my body is telling me I gotta slow down and I hope you guys understand. I’ll be using this time to just rest and relax and get back to 100 percent so I can do what I was born to do.”

The singer concluded: “It will go back to normal, it’s just time and we don't know how much time it’s going to be, but it’s going to be OK. I have hope and I trust God and I trust this is all going to be OK.”
