Kanye West is in hot water for his antisemitic views, and the situation reached the point where his school Donda Academy was forced to close.
The educational facility in Southern California went on to reopen with a 'vengeance' just hours after its principal said it would be shut for the remainder of the academic year on Wednesday (26 October).
A message to parents of pupils at the school on Wednesday, as revealed by TMZ, read: "With the help of our parents and community, we are back and returning with a vengeance!

"The children of Donda are going to change the world!"
"Apologies for the late email!" it concluded. "See you bright and early!"
However, four hours previously the school's principal, Jason Angell, sent parents an alert to announce the school's closure.
The email, which was viewed by The Times, read: "At the discretion of our Founder, Donda Academy will close for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year effective immediately.

"THERE IS NO SCHOOL TOMORROW."
The school itself was opened in August of this year by West, who named it after his mother, Donda West, who passed away in 2007.
The rapper said he wanted the four children he shares with Kim Kardashian to eventually attend the school - North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
The school's website states that it aims to prepare students to become the next generation of leaders and charges $15,000-a-year to attend.

Donda Academy said of its learning schedule: "Each day, Donda students learn fundamentals, grow in their faith, and experience two enrichment classes."
This comes alongside a timetable that includes 'full school worship, Core classes of language arts, math and science, lunch & recess, enrichment courses including World Language, Visual Art, Film, Choir and Parkour.'
News of the school's closure and subsequent 'reopening' comes amid fierce backlash against West, who said he wanted to go 'death con 3 on Jewish people' on Twitter.

This tweet was subsequently removed for 'violating Twitter rules'.
He made additional antisemitic comments on Instagram, which have now been removed, that read: "Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me."
The rapper has since admitted that his comments were 'racist' but said that he is ultimately 'glad' to have been banned from the social media websites - his accounts remain present, but inactive at the time of writing.
UNILAD has reached out to Donda Academy for comment.
