One of the women who accused Louis C.K. of sexual harassment has spoken out after his recent Grammy win, saying it sends the message that ‘no one cares’.
C.K. won the Best Comedy Album at the Grammy’s earlier this month for Sincerely, Louis C.K. where he was up against the likes of Chelsea Handler, Nate Bargazte, Lewis Black, Kevin Hart and Lavell Crawford.
The win sparked a backlash due to the 2017 accusations, which he later admitted to.

One of his accusers, Julia Wolov told Variety: “There has been zero change in the way comedy is run. There are no rules.
“Nobody cares. That’s the message this sends. It really does. That’s the truth.”
She went on: “It’s such bulls**t. What is wrong with people?

“Wouldn’t it be nice if people would not be rewarded for bad behaviour? But what are you supposed to do? These people voted for him. I guess that’s what happens when comedy and music comes together.”
In 2017 multiple women came forward to say the comedian had exposed himself and masturbated in front of them.
C.K. later admitted to the accusations, saying he acted ‘irresponsibly’.
In a statement, he said: “These stories are true. When you have power over another person, asking them to look at your dick isn’t a question. It’s a predicament for them.

“The power I had over these women is that they admired me. And I wielded that power irresponsibly.”
Following his admission, C.K. was dropped by several big companies including Netflix and HBO, but he continued to share his content on his own website. It's not known who nominated C.K. for his Grammy award.
Wolov said that although C.K. was hit financially due to his sexual misconduct, he ‘seems fine’ and is still touring.

She said: “I know that he faced financial repercussions by losing his TV deals, but big deal. For him, I feel like he thinks that’s his god-given right to have these things, where most normal people would see it as a privilege to have that type of platform.
“I don’t believe in cancel culture, but obviously, Louis is not canceled. He seems fine to me. He’s touring. He’s selling out. He’s winning Grammys.”
