Mom sues school after being banned from volunteering 'because she has an OnlyFans'

She says 'the one joy' in her life was taken from her 'for no actual reason'

A mother in the US has sued a school after being banned from volunteering, allegedly because she has OnlyFans.

Victoria Triece, 31, used to volunteer at her son’s school, Sand Lake Elementary in Orlando, Florida, but says the school board will no longer let her do so.

Speaking to WESH, she said: “It’s been extremely difficult. I feel like the one joy in my life, you know, was taken straight from my hands for no actual reason.”

On Tuesday (24 January), she filed a lawsuit against Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), claiming the Sand Lake principal had told her she could ‘no longer be around children on school grounds'.

The complaint says this order ‘came from the Orange County Public School Board’, with Triece also accusing the school board of invasion of privacy and civil sexual cyberharassment – claiming it sent her photos to staff, employees and the media without her consent.

Triece continued: “The reason that I even started OnlyFans was because I didn’t want a 9 to 5.

“I wanted to still be involved. I went through a crazy breakup. I wanted to still go to school with them and be with them 24/7 and be as involved in their lives as I could be without being away from them. They’re everything to me.”

Triece was a volunteer at the school for five years, having passed the annual background checks required, and also doesn’t have any criminal record.

She is now suing in the hope of volunteering again, with her attorney Mark NeJame saying: “It’s kind of like the old days of having a scarlet letter on your head.

“What she was doing, what she does in her off time, it’s not illegal. But yet, we have a morality police with the Orange County School Board and whatever administrators made this horrific decision.”

Michael Ollendorff, a spokesperson for OCPS, declined to comment on why the ban was imposed, with Triece saying it’s never been made clear.

"It’s never been clarified to me,” she said.

“They never said what I could and couldn’t do."

She added: “I want a change. I don’t want any parent at all to ever go through this. It’s not, to me, it’s just not fair at all.”

This week’s lawsuit is actually Triece’s second, having first announced she planned to sue the school board in 2021 – with Florida law stating a person has to wait six months before they can sue a government entity.

That year, NeJame said they planned to sue for at least $1 million, but now says they will leave it up to a jury to decide.

In a post on her Instagram Stories, Triece thanked her fans and followers for all their ‘love and support’.

“This has by far been the hardest 15 months in my life,” she said.

“I pray for a change and hope that no one else ever has to deal with the heartbreak I have been enduring.”
