Joe Rogan has criticized the Trump administration for deporting a man to the 'world's toughest prison' without due diligence.
Just over five months after endorsing Donald Trump for presidency, he has slammed the Republican's team for the first time after making 'horrific' discovery on the mass deportations to El Salvador.
While speaking about the issue on his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience with political commentator Konstantin Kisin, the UFC commentator shared his disgust that an 'innocent' hairdresser was among the hundreds that were sent to CECOT - a notoriously violent ‘mega-prison’ in El Salvador.

Venezuelan Andry José Hernández Romero, 31, was seeking asylum in the US legally after facing fierce discrimination in his home country for being gay, when he was stopped by border control for having a tattoo of a crown on both his wrists next to the writing 'Mum' and 'Dad'.
The crown has been deemed a way in which gang members of the notorious Venezuelan gang 'Tren de Aragua' are to be identified, and despite him insisting he wasn't affiliated to the gang, he was incarcerated.
He has not been given a trial to prove his innocence, and after being flown to CECOT he will not be provided that, and instead must rub shoulders with some of the most hardened criminals in the world.

Now, speaking on his podcast, Rogan commented: "You got to get scared that people who are not criminals are getting lassoed up and deported and sent to El Salvador prisons."

Kisin then insisted that he doesn't mean to be 'controversial', adding: "I think a human being being plucked out of nowhere and ending up in a country he's never been, in a maximum security prison with gang members, seems like a bad thing to happen."
Rogan replied: "It's horrific, it's horrific."

"This is kind of crazy that that could be possible, that's horrific," he continued.
"And that's again, that's bad for the cause, like the cause is 'let's get the gang members out' - everybody agrees but let's not [let] innocent gay hairdressers get lumped up with the gangs."
He added: "How long before that guy can get out? Can we can we figure out how to get him out? Is there any plan in place to alert the authorities that they've made a horrible mistake and correct it?"

On March 15, President Trump was accused of defying a court order as he flew more than 200 alleged 'Venezuelan gang members' to the Central American country despite US District Judge James E. Boasberg temporarily halted the deportations.
However, the Trump administration informed him that they were already airborne - and so he verbally instructed for them to be turned around.
They were not, and El Salvador's President, Nayib Bukele, even goaded the Californian judge on Twitter by reacting to a post about Trump disobeying court orders, writing: "Oopsie…Too late."
White House secretary Karoline Leavitt issued a statement to claim that Trump and his administration 'did not refuse to comply with a court order'.
