A woman rumoured to be the 'secret' daughter of Russian president Vladimir Putin has taken to social media to slam the person who 'destroyed her life' and 'took millions' of others.
The Kremlin has long remained quiet on the subject of Elizaveta Krivonogikh, but the 22-year-old is alleged to be the daughter of Putin and Svetlana Krivonogikh, a cleaner with who the Russian president is rumored to have had an affair in the early 2000s, when he was married to Lyudmila Putina.
Krivonogikh has previously been known to use pseudonyms to conceal the real name Vladimirovna, which translates to 'daughter of Vladimir', The Times reports.
Among the names she has previously used include Elizaveta Olegovna Rudnova, according to an investigation carried out by the Ukrainian television station TSN.
Olegovna means 'daughter of Oleg', with the name bearing resemblance to Putin's former close friend Oleg Rudnov, who died in 2015.

Krivonogikh does not often post about her life, but according to the German newspaper Bild, she recently took to a private Telegram channel to share a selfie along with a caption.
The image showed the young woman woman in a car, with a caption reading: “It’s liberating to be able to show my face to the world again. It reminds me of who I was born to be and who destroyed my life. The man who took millions of lives and who destroyed mine.”
Krivonogikh did not name Putin specifically in the post, but the reference to the 'man who took millions of lives' is notable among Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine.
Krivonogikh was last reported to be living in Paris (Social Media) The post comes after TSN alleged last year that Krivonogikh was living in Paris and working at a gallery. Accusations about her identity were shared by an artist who cut ties with the gallery after learning of Krivonogikh's alleged link to the Russian president, saying it was 'inadmissible' that a member of his family should be working there.
Krivonogikh defended herself following the criticism from the artist, saying: “Am I really responsible for the activities of my family, who can’t even hear me?”
While the identity of Krivonogikh's father has not been confirmed by the Kremlin, the president is officially known to have two daughters, named Maria and Katerina.
