It’s okay to get drunk at your wedding but the self-proclaimed ‘drunkest bride alive’ perhaps took it a step too far.

Amanda Scheller tied the knot with Sequoyah Stonecipher in Mexico during an idyllic ceremony, but it was what happened later that evening what had jaws on the floor.

The couple decided to have a relaxed wedding, and even more relaxed approach to drinking on the big day which set Scheller up for a gobsmacking blunder during their first dance.

Calling herself the ‘drunkest bride alive’, Scheller posted a TikTok video which soon amassed a whopping 2.7 million views.

Showing their big day which saw her throw a bouquet way off the mark and a couple’s dance which left her bare bottom facing their friends and family, it was sure a surprising watch.

She said on the clip: “101 of being the drunkest bride out there.

“Failing at throwing my bouquet way off side but the girls are happy.”

Scheller, from Canada, went on to explain that during their first dance together as a married couple, she forgot all of the moves after drinking and flashed her guests.

She explained: “I completely forgot all the moves that we had practiced.

“I had a couple drinks, dipped the wrong way, slinging myself, thankfully he held me up.”

It was when they decided to do a big flip at the end where it all went wrong, and the video captures it perfectly.

She said in a voiceover: “Here we go, looking good, setting up, flipping… until my whole entire butt is out to moon the guests.

“There it is. Woo. Butt cheeks and all. Great. Thought I did the performance of a lifetime. Wow. Drunkest bride alive.”

Safe to say viewers found her causal attitude towards her drunken blunders hilarious.

One person wrote: “Hahahahahhaha, I’m dying. You had fun and were surrounded by the people you love most! That’s the most important part.”

Another commented: “This would haunt me for the rest of my life OMG.”

Someone else chimed in: “I’M SO SORRY HAHAHAH I would never go a day without thinking about this.”

Another shared: “This would keep me up till 3am every day for the rest of my life.”

As the view showed the bride looking bare-a**ed, someone asked her if her was wearing anything underneath to which she responded: “I’m wearing a G-string. My dress had a slip. No we didn’t practice doing the flip in a dress. I knew it would come up but yolo! Wasn’t not going to do the backflip.”

YOLO, indeed.
