Identical twins engaged to the same man answer the one thing everyone always wants to know

Being identical is a way of life for the DeCinque twins, whose efforts even extend to intimate moments

Finding that special person to spend the rest of your life with, sharing every experience and intimate moment, is not easy. But what if that person is your own mirror image?

Identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque have been the same in every way imaginable for their entire lives, choosing to eat the exact same meals and wear identical outfits.

They even shower and go to the toilet at the same time, a level of intimacy many of us would struggle with in a long-term relationship. But thanks to this extraordinary closeness, the twins have even found a man who loves them identically.

The DeCinque twins are so in-sync that they profess to feeling no jealousy when the other sister is receiving affection, even remaining in the same bed - something they are often quizzed on.

Australian twins Anna and Lucy have answered this question together in the past, often eerily answering at the same time.

Speaking on Hughesy, We Have a Problem, after being asked if they share an oversized king bed when they're having sex, the DeCinque twins answered at the same time: "Yes, and thats it, thats all we're saying, we're never apart."

The pair have explained the lengths they go to so they can remain identical in every way, from measuring out their food and drink to having fillers and other cosmetic surgeries to keep their facsimile appearance.

Interestingly, their partner of 14 years, Ben, is himself a twin. But unlike his polygamist twin his brother only has one partner.

Even though they share the same man, the DeCinques claim to feel no envy when it comes to spending their time with their shared fiancé - who has a foolproof system to keep them both happy.

"There's no jealousy in the relationship," the twins said, "If Ben will kiss Anna, he'll kiss Lucy." And it apparently doesn't matter what order he shows them attention, as Anna and Lucy care more about being together.

The copycat identical twins, who have starred on the TLC reality show Extreme Sisters, have admitted to being 'double trouble' as they always take each other's side, ganging up on Ben at times.

Not that he minds, as he also gets 'double the love, double the attention.'

While the DeCinques say they are happy with their living situation, being a polygamous twin-based throuple does come with its fair share of challenges.

For the identical-obsessed twins, their next major hurdle is figuring out how to become 'pregnant at the same time', so they can also experience motherhood simultaneously.

While they have said they are open to IVF to make this possible, the twins have also been exploring the natural way. “There’s a lot of pressure on Ben,” the pair admitted.

One of the biggest hurdles to their menage-a-trois dreams, however, is the Australian government, which has outlawed polygamy since 1961.

“We would like to marry him one day but the law in Australia says we can’t, so what do we do?” The pair said on Extreme Sisters.

“If we can change the law and the government, we’d love to marry Ben,” Anna said. “I mean love is love, we’re all adults—we should marry the same man.”
