A man who's had four wives and two girlfriends is facing backlash over his plans to 'collecting them like Pokémon'.
After ending up jobless 10 years ago and going through a break-up six years ago, Ryuta Watanabe from Japan got onto the dating apps and - having more success than the rest of us do - embarked on dating several different women.
In Japan, polygamy is illegal, so the 36-year-old has married four different women, divorcing them each time. However, he's still in a relationship with three of them - estranged from the other.

He also has two girlfriends, the South China Morning Post reports.
Although, while he's added a roster of women to his love life, he hasn't added a new job, instead, living off his partners' salaries, the household bills accumulating to 914,000 yen ($6,000) per month and being split between the partners.
Watanabe stays at home and cooks, cleans and takes care of his kids, having at least 10 children from his various relationships.
He lives with three of his wives and two of his children, Japan’s Shueisha Online reports and alternates rooms every night hopping between partners, allegedly having sex over 28 times every week.

Watanabe told Japanese TV show Abema Prime: "I just love women. As long as we love each other equally, there won’t be any problems."
And he has no plans for stopping there with just six relationships and around 10 children either.
Watanabe explained he wants to become known as a 'God of Marriage' and break the record for fathering the most children in Japan.

The current record is allegedly held by a shogun named Tokugawa Ienari who allegedly fathered around 53 children with 27 different women.
Watanabe resolved: "I want to have 54 children so my name will go down in history. I’m still looking for new wives."
However, Watanabe's dreams for the future have been met with backlash online.
One YouTuber wrote: "I feel bad for the kids growing up knowing their dad is like this :/."

"It's weird that he doesn't seem to care about the wives and children other than as mere numbers. He's collecting them like Pokémon," another added.
A third commented: "So many red flags from this guy.. I feel sorry for his kids."
"This is a weird and improper kind of polygamy. Jokes aside, I hate it when I think about what the children will have to go through," a fourth wrote.
And a fifth said: "I actually think this man is disgusting. He isn't even taking the thought of the amount of children and upbringing these children will be missing out on."
