"During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting.
"And if you're breastfeeding, that's a whole other part of it. I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal. The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn't realistic."
And while many women already put enough pressure on themselves to be slimmer, this women was understandably 'crushed' when she found a note on her spouse's phone that spoke about how she looked.

Taking to online platform, the unnamed woman revealed: "I wanted to check for some photos he took of me on his phone and generally speaking we don't keep our phones off limits from each other. I noticed a widget of notes with my name on it and was curious so I looked."
The note read: "My wife is fat even 2 years after we had our child. She has a pretty face but even that gets lost in the frumpy clothing, zero makeup and double chin."
Describing how the note 'crushed [her]', the mom said: " I know this was private and probably wrote it as notes to talk to his therapist about but this is a bell that can’t be unrung. I just silently put his phone away because I didn’t want to find anything else."

She went on to share on the social media post that she hasn't confronted her husband about the note because she's 'too embarrassed, angry, humiliated and unloved' to do so.
The woman further explained that his comments don't correlate with the way he acts with as she insisted that 'he IS kind to me and treats me well'.
And people have responded to the thread empathizing with the woman and suggested that she go to therapy like her husband to help her deal with her recent discovery.
Meanwhile, others urged she spoke to her husband about it so that it doesn't 'eat away' at her.
