They say 'revenge is a dish best served cold', and no one is practicing what they preach more than one particular TikToker.
Instead of handling her recent relationship woes 'Carrie Underwood-style' by slashing the tires to his truck, or 'doing a Taylor Swift' and writing a chart-topping love song about all the ways he did you dirty, social media star Madeline Salazar had come up with a genius vengeance plot that would go down in history.
The TikToker - who also works as a television producer at at NBCUniversal - waited a staggering nine months before enacting her payback plan, after being brutally ghosted by a guy she was dating.
And if the nine month timescale doesn't give you a clue as to what Madeline did to get back at her ghosting ex, then you're about to receive the shock of your life...

The social media sensation had cunningly used artificial intelligence and impressive Photoshop skills in a series of TikToks, designed to make it look as though she was expecting her first child.
She edited her pictures to give herself a blossoming baby bump - which even included the intricate detail of an outward belly-button - and released the fake pregnancy announcement online.
Madeline even used AI to create a computer-generated baby reveal, during which she discovered she was 'expecting' a beautiful baby boy.

When her videos and announcements gave off an authentic impression, Madeline not only sent it to one former flame, but to a handful of her ex lovers.
In an explanatory video posted later on, she explained: "Guys, this is what you send to the guy that ghosted you last year."
On the clip, Madeline even goes as far as to use AI to generate a newborn baby snap, to really seal the deal when it came to terrorising her ex.
Whilst some viewers have praised the social media star for her mastermind plot, others have branded her 'psychotic' to faking a pregnancy to troll her exes.

A third then advised her: "U gotta block him after. Let him freak out all on his own. No answers lol".
