People are vowing to never go back into the ocean after seeing exactly what a shark feeding frenzy looks like.
The ocean can be a beautiful and majestic place... but it also can be pure nightmare fuel.
If you were planning to get into the ocean anytime soon, you might want to avoid watching this video in fact.

A video from Venice, Louisiana, has begun doing the rounds on social media again and has people wanting to keep their feet firmly on solid ground.
Fisherman Dillon May was searching for yellowfin tuna when he caught the chaotic scene on camera.
May said that he was with his girlfriend at the time and the sharks were moving in such a frenzy that water was constantly getting onto the vessel.
He said that they were about 15 miles off the coast of Venice when they set their eyes on the insane amount of sharks present.

“We saw it was sharks on a bait pod, never seen anything like it,” he said.
“By the time we got there, the sharks had found the pod and pushed them up against the boat to feast on them."
The video shows gray fins flailing and flopping as the frenzied sharks feast around the boat.
Almost like something out of a horror film, minus the blood.

It is a firm no thank you from me - and people on Twitter seemed to agree.
“Wow! How amazing, yet I am watching this from the comfort of my home, shark free! lol. I wouldn't want to be on that boat, that's for sure! I wonder what was in the water to attract all those sharks? Yikes,” wrote one person.
“They can have the ocean. I'm done with it,” another said.
“This is real scary stuff, never seen so many sharks together in one go,” commented a third.

“Might be the the biggest reason I’m more of a mountain person. Love the beach, but..sharks.. no no..no..” added another.
“Whoa, that sounds like something out of a thriller! Glad everyone’s safe—what a wild experience for that fishing boat,” commented another user.
Another fisherman Captain Josh Bodenheimer, spoke to WWLTV about the incident and highlighted the ongoing frustrations from fisherman about too many sharks in the waters.

He said: ”It is something we’ve seen several times over the years.
“Often times it reduces the number of fish landed in day fleetwide for all the charter boats in our area.
“We have watched the shark population grow out of control over recent years.
“There needs to be a dramatic reduction in the number of sharks in federal waters. Some of these species of sharks are federally protected in these federal waters."
