One of Scottie Scheffler's biggest rivals has provided a hilarious response to the golfer's recent arrest.
The 27-year-old has been the talk of the town in recent days after his arrest on 17 May in Valhalla, Kentucky.
The golfer faces a slew of charges including second degree assault of a police officer, along with lesser charges of third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and disregarding signals from officers directing traffic.

Scheffler addressed the incident on Instagram, penning in a statement: "This morning, I was proceeding as directed by police officers.
"It was a very chaotic situation, understandably so considering the tragic accident that had occurred earlier, and there was big misunderstanding of what I thought I was being asked to do," he continued.
"I never intended to disregard any of the instructions. I'm hopeful to put this to the side and focus on golf today.
"Of course, all of us involved in the tournament express our deepest sympathies to the family of the man who passed away in the earlier accident this morning. It truly puts everything in perspective."

Scheffler has also spoken out about his experience while in jail, providing an interesting insight.
The golfer detailed what it was like warming up for the PGA Championship while in a prison cell.
Speaking at a press conference he said that ‘stretching in a jail cell was a first’ for him, adding his head was 'still spinning' from the day’s events and that he had ‘never imagined going to jail’ ahead of tee time.

He told reporters: "I was just sitting there waiting and, you know, I started going through my warm up. I felt like there was a chance I’m able to still come out here and play and so I started going through my routine.
“I tried to get my heart rate down as much as I could today, but like I said, I still feel like my head is spinning a little bit. But I was fortunate to be able to make it back out and play some golf.”
Seemingly everyone has provided their thoughts on the arrest, including his golfing rival Mark Hubbard.
