Taylor Schabusiness of Wisconsin is awaiting trial for the gruesome killing of Shad Thyrion in February 2022.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by Law & Crime, she said she played with and performed sexual activity on Thyrion's body for around 'two to three hours' before dismembering and decapitating him with a bread knife.
On Tuesday (14 February), Schabusiness appeared in Brown County circuit court where she turned on her own lawyer, Quinn Jolly. You can watch the altercation below:
The attack unfolded after Jolly had asked Judge Thomas J Walsh to get the court date pushed forward in order to reevaluate whether his client is fit for trial.

When the judge agreed to the request, suggesting to move it from 6 March to 15 May, Schabusiness lunged at the defence attorney and appeared to attempt to elbow him in the face.
Just seconds later, a security guard tackled her to the ground and restrained her.
Following the outburst, the judge adjourned the suspect's competency hearing until 6 March, when she was originally meant to stand trial.
Meanwhile, Jolly announced his intention to file a motion to have himself removed from the case as Schabusiness' lawyer.

A previous evaluation of Schabusiness found her competent to stand trial, although Jolly suggested to have her examined a second time.
Legal filings show that she has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to the charges against her, which include first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and third-degree sexual assault.
The criminal complaint went into further detail about the crime scene, reporting that Schabusiness told police to 'have fun trying to find all of the organs'.
"Schabusiness stated all of the body parts should be in the basement," the documents state. "Schabusiness stated there should be a foot or a leg in the minivan.

"Detective Graf asked Schabusiness what she did with the head, and Schabusiness stated she had put the Victim’s head in a black bucket and put a blanket over it."
Speaking about the allegations that she choked Thyrion with a chain, the documents say: "The Victim coughed up blood and she was just waiting for him to die while she was watching his face.
"Schabusiness made the comment that she was 'already this far' so she just kept on, referring to choking the Victim.

"Schabusiness said in a lower tone of voice, 'Ya I liked it,' and Detective Graf believed her to be referring to when she was choking the Victim."
The 25-year-old is currently being held on a $2 million bail before her trial.
