A TikToker has revealed the real 'test of a true friendship' and people are questioning why it's so 'embarrassing'.
We all have different sorts of friendships with people - the people you see once or twice a year but when you meet up it feels like nothing's changed, the friendships where you see each other probably too often, fight but love each other like siblings, and the all-rounders who you know you can call and they'll always be there when times are tough.
But the true test of friendship? Well, welcome to the age of social media where there's apparently a new way to distinguish who the closest around you actually are.

TikToker Cora Shircel took to her page @corashircel on January 24 to speak out about the 'test of a true friendship'.
The content creator argues the test of your relationship with a mate 'isn't knowing who you would call when s**t hits the fan and you're in crisis'.
Instead, the real test of who your closest are is 'who you would not be embarrassed tagging in an Instagram post'.

"I have plenty of friends but only a few that I would dare tag in a giveaway. That's true friendship," she resolves.
Cora's caption adds: "Why is it so embarrassing... But like it's not???".
And other social media users have a lot to say about it.
It's not taken long for people to flood to the post to weigh in on the topic, with one user commenting: "This is sadly real."

"It's the sad reality," Cora responded.
Another user added: "Omg this is really real."
A third commented: "LOL like fr why is it so embarrassing thought? I will only tag my husband and my sister."

And a fourth said: "PLS THIS IS SO REAL."
On the other hand, another test to find out who your realest are is to figure out whether your friend is simply a 'neutral' friend or not.
Another TikToker revealed there are 'five types of women' she doesn't associate with and one of those is the 'neutral' woman - a person who finds themselves in the middle of two other people's drama and instead of standing by the one they're closest to, they choose to play the role of the 'peacemaker' instead.
So, what do you think?
