A self-proclaimed 'super cougar' has shared her reasons for wanting to date men who are much younger than her.
They said that age is just a number, which is seemingly the case for Hattie Retroage, 87, who shared that she dates men who are a fraction of her age.
Hattie is also not averse to using more modern technological means of meeting new people either.
In an interview with Love Don't Judge in 2019, the then 83-year-old's Tinder profile included a description of her as a 'fascinating older beauty', and she even claimed to have a 'steady selection of young men'.

When asked if she 'only dates younger men', Hattie added that older men are often more concerned about ageing - which she says 'makes sense'.
"I'm worried about ageing, everyone's worried about ageing. But a younger guy is not thinking about ageing." she says.
Hattie added that younger men aren't 'concerned that they'll be able to deliver for the woman', and also 'get off on getting a woman off' - which wasn't a common occurrence in Hattie's younger years.

She also revealed that many men her own age 'aren't around anymore'.
That's certainly one reason for it.
Hattie also said that she likes that younger men are 'in the middle of an achievement of a goal'.

According to Hattie, she had an encounter with a man 'from Ecuador' who was a lot younger than she anticipated.
She said he was 'attracted to her', so they went back to her apartment before she decided to ask for his age.
Hattie said: "I didn't know he was 19. I probably wouldn't have gone to bed with him if I knew he was 19."

In an interview with SBS Dateline last year, Hattie says she was 'cursed and blessed' with a 'powerful sex drive'.
Calling it 'wonderful', she says the 'nakedness' makes 'every pore on her body' explode 'with life', adding: "Because it's life darling."
Hattie was previously been married and has children, but the marriage broke down after the children went off to university - with her ex-husband later getting remarried.
After her divorce, she decided to put an ad in the paper looking for a man.

Hattie would then 'audition' would be dates over the phone, and if she liked them then they would go on from there.
As a rule, her daughter Rama is not generally embarrassed by her mom's dating life, but she was a bit put off by her ending up in 'a dorm' once.
"I think that was pushing the limit." she said.
