The son of Craig Ross Jr, who was arrested over the kidnap of a nine-year-old, says he hopes ‘he dies in prison’.
The 46-year-old is accused of the abduction Charlotte Sena, who went missing during a family camping trip.
With police still investigating the case, Ross Jr’s family have said they want nothing to do with the suspect.
Last Saturday (Sept 30), Sena was riding her bike around a picking field in New York's Moreau Lake State Park went she first went missing.

Incredibly, she was discovered just two days later (Oct 2) in a kitchen cabinet, after authorities found the suspect from a ransom note he’d left behind.
Having previously been finger-printed for a drunk driving incident, authorities were able to track down the suspect.
After being charged with first-degree kidnapping, his family have now spoken out.

In fact, his son Joshua claimed he didn’t care if his dad died after the incident.
“We want nothing to do with him,” he told TMZ, adding: “I couldn’t give a f**k if the dude dropped dead tomorrow.”
Continuing, he told the press: “I couldn’t give a f**k if anything…I couldn’t care less.”
Later in the short video, he called his father ‘disgusting’ and ‘gross’ as he spoke with the journalist.

In a felony complaint, state police wrote: "The defendant did abduct [the victim] and wrote a ransom letter with the intent to compel the payment of a ransom for her."
Meanwhile, Charlotte's aunt, Jene Sena, thanked authorities for their work in returning the nine-year-old safely home.
The Facebook post read: "Thank you God and the FBI, NYSP, all the multiple agencies, friends, family, volunteers, community members, who worked tirelessly to bring Charlotte home!!!!!!!! GOD IS GOOD."
