The husband of conjoined twin Abby Hensel has been hit with a paternity lawsuit by his ex.
Abby and her twin Brittany, who work as teachers, rose to fame after appearing on the Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996, along with TLC series Abby & Brittany 16 years later.
The pair were born with a rare condition meaning that they share a bloodstream and all organs below the waist, though they have two hearts.

Abby controls their right arm and leg, while Brittany controls the left.
Josh Bowling quietly married Abby in 2021, which only came to light recently through public records seen by Today.
Since then, Josh's mum shared a video on social media of the bride and groom sharing a first dance at their wedding, with the twins donning a shoulder-less white wedding gown with lace trim.

Meanwhile, the groom opted for a grey suit for the wedding.
They also posted a picture with Josh, writing: "This is a message to all the haters out there.
"If you don't like what I do, but watch everything I'm doing, you're still a fan."
Now, it has emerged that Bowling is the subject of a paternity suit from his ex-wife Annica.

She filed the suit in October 2023 requesting Josh and another man called Gavin Vatnsdal submit DNA tests to determine paternity.
According to court records the pair were married for nine years between 2010 and 2019 and currently have shared custody of their eight-year-old daughter.
Their divorce went through on April 23 2020, with Annica then having another child later that year.

Court documents refer to the child as the 'half-sister' of Annica's older child.
It is not clear which child is being tested for on the paternity test.
Abby and her sister Brittany have previously spoken out about people being overly curious about their private lives.

Speaking in their TLC series Abby & Brittany, the twins said: “People have been curious about us since we were born, for obvious reasons.
“But our parents never let us use that as an excuse. We were raised to believe we could do anything we wanted to do.”
In the past the twins have shut down any speculation about their private life.
Nonetheless, they did speak about their desire to have children when they were teenagers.
Speaking about their desire to have their own families in an interview, Brittany said: "The whole world doesn't need to know who we are seeing, what we are doing and when we are going to do it.
"But believe me, we are totally different people."
