Donald Trump has once again spoken about a famous businessman 'friend' reportedly taking a weight loss drug and how they feel about it being talked about publicly.
On Monday (May 12), Trump signed 'one of the most consequential' executive orders in US history to slash the cost of prescription drug prices.
Arguing some prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals in the US are 'sometimes five to ten times more expensive than the same drug manufactured in the exact same laboratory or plant by the same company' and sold in other countries, the POTUS

revealed his plan to reduce prescription drug and pharmaceutical prices 'almost immediately' 'by 30 percent to 80 percent'.
He later revealed he'd been inspired to make the change after hearing about the low cost of weight loss drugs in the UK, after a businessman 'friend' who's 'seriously overweight' highlighted the difference in cost compared to New York.
While Trump's announcement about the executive order focused on his plan to slash drug prices, it's his reference to his friend which has pricked the ears of social media users.

Trump said: "A friend of mine who's a business man, very, very, very top guy... Most of you would have heard of him. Highly neurotic, brilliant businessman, seriously overweight. And he takes the 'fat shot drug.'"
Noting his friend found the 'fat shot drug' for $88 in London versus the price of $1,300 dollars in New York, Trump said the price discrepancy prompted him to confront a pharmaceutical company rep and accused companies of 'justifying this crap for years'.
However, Trump clearly isn't done with outing his friend, although, he told Fox host Sean Hannity he, obviously, wouldn't stoop so low to 'use his name' given how 'concerned' his friend has been to remain out of the public eye.

Trump once again noted his friend is 'slightly overweight to put it mildly' and reference to the drug as a 'fat shot' but added: "I'm just very glad I didn't use his [the friend's] name."
He continued: "He's very happy. He knows exactly who I was talking about. He called me - that was interesting - he said he was very concerned that I might use his name, that I might slip. No he doesn't have to worry."
And it's not taken long for social media users to weigh in - many theorizing Trump's mystery friend is actually, well, himself.
One Twitter user said: "He's talking about himself."

"Is the friend in the room with us right now?" another added.
A third said: "I think Trump is describing a nightmare he had a couple nights ago."
"'It's for a friend,'" a fourth wrote.

And a fifth simply resolved: "What the heck?"
