Many online have spotted a new item for sale on the Donald Trump store which, if it comes to fruition, will violate the US constitution.
Technically, it's impossible for Trump to run for president again, as the constitution prevents an individual from seeking a third term.
But Trump has been teasing the idea for another run in 2028 ever since he returned to the White House in January.

As it stands, America's 22nd Amendment prohibits someone from running for more than two terms in office; but US Representative Andy Ogles wants this changed.
Instead, Ogles has suggested that the law reads: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than three times, nor be elected to any additional term after being elected to two consecutive terms, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice."
He suggests that because there's been a gap between Trump's first and second term, he should be able to run again in 2028.

Well, it appears the Trump team may be preparing for claiming the White House in three years' time, as the president's online store is now selling 'Trump 2028' hats and T-shirts.
Priced at $50, a description for the former reads: "The future looks bright! Rewrite the rules with the Trump 2028 high crown hat. Fully embroidered with a snap closure in the back, this will become your new go-to hat."
One person on social media dubbed the new merchandise as 'disgusting', while another on Twitter added: "He really thinks he can violate the constitution and the two term limit.. what a joke."
UNILAD has reached out to the White House for comment.

While Trump may want to run for a third term as president through a suggested 'loophole' that could see him get around the constitution, the 47th POTUS's approval ratings are at an all-time low.
Only 40 percent of poll participants approve of Trump's performance in office so far, down seven percent compared to February figures, according to Pew Research Center.
In a separate poll by Reuters and Ipsos, respondents were asked if Trump should or shouldn't run for a third term.

"Three-quarters of respondents said Trump should not run for a third term in office — a path Trump has said he would like to pursue, though the U.S. Constitution bars him from doing so," Reuters revealed.
"A majority of Republican respondents — 53% — said Trump should not seek a third term," it added.
One method suggested to get Trump into the White House for a third term is for Vice President JD Vance to run in 2028 and immediately set down if elected to allow Trump to take the reins.
