A woman has been charged with battery after she ‘smeared’ dog poo in a neighbour’s face.
Of course, this could only happen in Florida, with the St. Petersburg residents coming to bitter blows in the early morning.
Whilst you might have had arguments with your neighbours, it probably didn’t end this crappily.

Ironically, things had gotten off to a smooth start when Kali Robertson took her dog out for a walk on October 8.
Enjoying the early start, the 28-year-old padded around the St. Petersburg mobile park before meeting an elderly neighbour.
Though the pair reportedly ‘always speak’ during the short walk, that morning things ended on a bit of a bum note.

Having been ‘upset’ by the 76-year-old, Robertson grabbed the bag of ‘unsecured bag of dog feces’ and then shoved it in the elderly man’s face.
Leaving the man with dog poop smeared across his face, the irate woman then threw the bag down and stormed off.
The case was later dumped on local police, who arrested Robertson and charged her with battery – a third-degree felony.
Though she pleaded not guilty to the charge, Pinellas County authorities were able to match her doggie bags to the one she used during this rather grim act of revenge.

It seems you just can’t get good neighbours anywhere, though.
A couple from Cornwall reported being harassed by a 75-year-old ‘nightmare neighbour’, who also committed a similar smelly crime.
In 2018, Barbera Minns was given a 36-month suspended sentence after she repeatedly breached a restraining order against Adele Richards and Gary Authers.

The elderly woman had to target the couple for years, with her ‘violent’ crimes including threatening them with a knife, attempting to poison their cat and throwing poop at them.
However, Minns denied any wrongdoing and told reporters: “'It is the biggest load of rubbish. I've been bullied. Anybody who knows me knows I'm nothing like that. I'm normally very gentle, kind and I've been totally obliterated.”
Despite this, the elderly woman was forced to wear an electronic tag for four months and ordered to stay indoors between 5 pm and 9 am.
Following the pensioner’s conviction, Richards told reporters: “It really has been hell. It’s been stressful, I’ve been pulling my hair out and have lost weight. I just want it to be the end of it now and to have a peaceful life knowing us and our pets are safe.”

Here’s hoping that the elderly woman learned the error of her ways.
