Gypsy Rose Blanchard has filed a temporary restraining order against her husband Ryan Anderson amid an ongoing divorce.
Since leaving prison, the 32-year-old has hardly left the headlines, and recently underwent cosmetic surgery.
Gypsy Rose served eight years in jail for her role in the murder of her mother Dee Dee Blanchard alongside her then-boyfriend, Nicholas 'Nick' Godejohn.

Dee Dee spent many years convincing the world that Gypsy Rose was terminally ill, including making her use a wheelchair and even shaving her head.
Gypsy Rose and Godejohn conspired to kill Dee Dee together, which led to Gypsy Rose serving eight years behind bars.
During her time in prison, Gypsy Rose started corresponding with Anderson and the pair married in 2022, though their union has very much been short lived.

Last month, Gypsy Rose revealed she had split up with Anderson.
When she was released from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri, Gypsy Rose had planned to move in with Anderson.
But just three months after she was released from prison, the couple decided to call it quits.
In a post on her private social media page as seen by People magazine, Gypsy Rose said: "People have been asking what is going on in my life.

"Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.
"I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am."
Anderson has also spoken out following the separation, telling TikTok: "Hey everybody, I just want to say thank y'all for the support and the nice messages I've been getting from people.
"I'm at a friend's watching WrestleMania right now, it's great. I'm enjoying it. I've been a wrestling nerd for a long time. I need to shave."

The couple had previously planned to renew their vows, with Gypsy Rose saying: "We do plan on having a reception/redo wedding with all of our family and our friends and the dress and the cake and everything because we deserve that. I deserve that. He deserves that."
The pair are certainly on a different path nowadays, with court documents obtained by People saying Gypsy Rose has filed a restraining order against Anderson in the 17th Judicial District Court in the Parish of Lafourche.
According to the documents, Gypsy Rose is also requesting Anderson pay interim and long term spousal support because she is 'in need and defendant has ability to pay and she is not at fault for the dissolution of marriage'.

The documents also state Gypsy Rose is asking the court to deny spousal support to him from her.
