People are flooding to social media in shock after a Hooters server explained how much money she received after a four-hour shift.
Hooters has faced certain controversies over the years, but despite this many people have decided to work there anyway and shared their day in the life - or rather, shift - experiences online, including revealing just how much they earn.
And one server's takings in just four hours has left people gobsmacked and questioning if they should quit their day jobs.
Maia Marie took to her page - @maiaaamarieee - earlier this year in May to invite her followers to 'work a bar shift' with her at Hooters, starting at 4:00pm and ending at 8:00pm.

By the time the server got there she explains it was 'really busy' so she had 'to jump right into action'.
In the clip she introduces one of her regulars who brought her cheesecake, although, she didn't have time to eat it because had to get cracking making the drinks.
Four hours later her shift was done and Maia counted up her tips, showcased a sparklingly clean bar and got off for the day walking out of her shift with a staggering amount of cash in her hands.

Maia revealed she made a whopping $451 in her four-hour shift.
But how is that possible, given the average estimated Hooters wage is reported by Glassdoor as being between $12-17 per hour?
Well, not only would Maia have made around $48-68 in pay but she also received a whole tin-full of tips - just under $400, to be exact.
"This is your sign to apply to Hooters," she added.

And it's not taken long for people to flood to the comments to weigh in.
One TikToker said: "4-8?! That's amazing hours as a bartender whaaat!!! And you closed?! I love that for you fr"
"Gimme a dollar... plz," another added.

A third commented: "451- what am i doing w my life."
And it's not just this Hooters server who's been raking in the cash during the period of just one shift.
Taking to her page on 24 February, another server named Jordan revealed she worked a 11-5 shift at the bar and received a whopping $298.66 in tips.
But the most she's made so far according to her TikTok? Well, a nice wad of cash totalling $298.66 from an 11-5 shift.
