A suspect involved in the murder of a Florida woman made a haunting confession to authorities when he was taken into custody.
Jordanish Torres-Garcia allegedly abducted the Florida driver in an Orlando suburb on April 11 just before 6:00pm, according to a court affidavit.
Katherine Altagracia Guerrero De Aguasvivas, 31, was sat at a red light in her car at the intersection of East Lake Drive and Tuskawilla Road in in the Winter Springs area of Seminole County, Florida when someone with a gun approached her vehicle.

A witness to the incident sat in another vehicle captured the horrifying ordeal on their phone camera.
Following his arrest, Garcia admitted to pointing a semiautomatic rifle at Katherine and her SUV in broad daylight after exiting his car, before getting into the back of hers.
The SUV then quickly made a U-turn followed by another suspect behind the wheel of the green Acura that Garcia had gotten out of.

Hours after the abduction, Katherine’s body was found inside her charred SUV in a rural part of Orlando. She was also found riddled with multiple fatal gunshot wounds.
Police were able to link the gunman to the crime after the sweatshirt the kidnapping suspect was wearing was 'identical' to the one Garcia was seen wearing in his Facebook profile picture.
When investigators got to the scene they also found multiple shell casings scattered in the area that were consistent with the gun Garcia was seen with earlier.

He was arrested last week and is currently being held at the Seminole County Jail in Florida on a charge of carjacking resulting in death.
The investigation took a haunting turn when Garcia was questioned by authorities, however.
He told an FBI agent that he was paid $1,500 to snatch Katherine.
Garcia added that he received his gun a half hour before the abduction, also saying that the gun was not loaded during the crime.

Officials have said before Katherine made a call to her husband shortly before the abduction and she told him she was worried she was being followed.
Police report neither Katherine nor her husband then called police, instead it was a witness to the incident who dialled 911.
Sheriff Lemma said in a news conference: "There’s a lot of unknowns, a lot of things that will leave people scratching your head.

"Why did she and her husband not call 911? I don’t know. Why did she stop at the red light?
"There’s a lot of things that we’ll absolutely never know, but this is a tragic incident nevertheless."
