A former employee of Kanye West is accusing the rapper of drugging and 'sexual battery', updating a previous lawsuit.
Lauren Pisciotta - who worked alongside the rapper from 2021 until 2022 - first filed a lawsuit against Kanye West - who now formerly goes by Ye - in June earlier this year. However, she amended the document on October 8 in a Los Angeles court.
The complaint originally alleged wrongful termination and instances of sexual assault, but now includes additional sexual assault and sex trafficking accusations, alongside alleging the rapper drugged her.
In June, Pisciotta accused the rapper of 'sexually assault[ing] her' in a hotel room in the time she was working for him.

Another alleged sexual offence details Ye locking her in a private plane's bedroom and masturbating.
Pisciotta also claims the rapper tried to offer her as a sexual 'gift' to someone he knew. And the former assistant alleges she's owed a $4 million salary from Ye too.
"In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected," a representative for Ye told The Independent at the time, accusing Pisciotta of demanding the money and being fired from her role for being unqualified.
Pisciotta's amended lawsuit now details allegations from a night which is reported as taking place at a recording studio in Santa Monica, California.

The party was allegedly co-hosted by Ye, Sean 'Diddy' Combs and an unnamed woman music artist and took place prior to Pisciotta's employment with the rapper.
On the night in question, the legal documents allege drinks were being served and guests were told if they didn't drink they should leave, as quoted by The Independent.
However, after drinking one of the beverages, Pisciotta says she 'slip[ped] into an altered and highly impaired state,' 'felt less in control of her body and speech' and was left 'physically ill and confused' when she woke up the next day, People adds.

It was only when Pisciotta began working for Ye in 2021 that she says she realized what had allegedly happened that night in Santa Monica.
Pisciotta claims Ye ranted to her about his ex-wife - Kim Kardashian - saying she was suspicious something had happened between the pair and when Pisciotta said she wanted to message Kardashian to clarify it hadn't, Ye allegedly said they did 'kind of hook up' a the Santa Monica party.
Ye's response to Pisciotta saying she couldn't remember the night was allegedly: "Women love to say they don't remember."
The document continues: "Up until that very point, right before that very conversation, Plaintiff was unaware that she had been subjected to gender violence and sexual battery on that studio night by KANYE WEST a.k.a YE."

The suit claims Pisciotta has been left with PTSD and anxiety, stating she came forward as 'could not stomach the fact that she worked for the man who had sexually assaulted her against her will while she was drugged, who then successfully lured her back into his orbit by way of a job opportunity to sexually assault her all over again'.
The lawsuit doesn't accuse Combs of any wrongdoing, although the rapper is embroiled in his own lawsuits, with over 100 people having come forward accusing him of sexual misconduct.
Combs is currently awaiting trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
