A mom who was arrested at Disneyland is wanting to share her side of things.
On Thursday (September 26), police took a woman into custody after failing to show them her ID when asked.
26-year-old Jessenia Diaz has since been named as the person who was arrested.

A video of Diaz's arrest has been shared online where the young mother was seen being escorted off the premises as her two daughters held onto her in tears.
According to staff at the park, Diaz attempted to take her kids into the park without paying. When Anaheim Police Department (APD) were called, she then became uncooperative.
Children under three are free to go to many of Disney's parks, but Diaz's children were said to be visibly older.

Confirming the ordeal, a Disneyland Resort public affairs spokesperson told The New York Post: "The woman in the video attempted to bring her children into the park without paying for tickets, something she has done before."
"She was uncooperative with our Security teams, and APD was engaged," they added.
It's unclear at the time if any charges have been pressed but now Diaz is said to be threatening filing her own suit against the California-based resort.

She's broken her silence online and posted a short clip on TikTok where it appears as if she's surrounded by park employees and security.
Diaz captioned the video: "Storytime? It sucks social media is full of lies and hate."
Elsewhere in the comments section, the 26-year-old said: "I'll post the truth i recorded the reason everything posted is full of lies."
Dozens of people have since urged her to share her version of events.

"I wanna know what happened," wrote one person, as another said that they 'need to know the story'.
"I need to know what happened so bad," echoed a different TikTok user.
Meanwhile others expressed their hopes that Diaz's children are okay.
Someone wrote: "Aww I hope your babies are ok, that must have been so traumatic for everyone, especially them."

"I just wanna know if the girls are okay," said a second.
In another video shared to Diaz's page earlier this month, her two daughters were seen riding a carousel.
The mom captioned the post: "The worst way to end the month. Thankfully my daughters are safe. Las amo! I would die if anything ever happened to them."
UNILAD have approached Disneyland and Anaheim Police Department for comment.
