A young Oklahoma mom has been found dead just days after she was arrested for repeatedly calling 911 for help.
Hailey Silas, 22, was tragically found just after 7am on Saturday (21 October), with Shelby County Sheriff’s Office confirming her identity on Tuesday (24 October).
Her body was discovered by workers on the border of Arkansas and Tennessee during a routine inspection of the barge on the Mississippi River.

Silas had previously been taken into custody on 15 October after calling police from a gas station opposite Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas - more than 400 miles away from where her body was found, according to WREG.
She then asked cops to drive her out of the city because something had scared her, telling the officers at the scene that she was having a 'panic attack'.
WREG reported that she was then subsequently handcuffed by officers and taken to a police station, later asking to speak to her parents, saying she was scared and confused and reportedly asked to be placed in a 'psych ward'.

On Wednesday of last week (18 October), the mom-of-one pleaded guilty to communicating a false alarm and was given a suspended sentence, according to records.
Just three days after that, Silas was found dead.
At this stage, it is still unclear why Silas was at the border, though the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office doesn't suspect foul play, WREG reported.
No identification was found on Silas, but her mom, LaRena Darrow, has claimed that someone has her phone.

She said when she had tried to call her daughter, a man who she did not know answered instead.
Darrow told WREG: "And I said, ‘This is my daughter’s profile, what are you doing on it?’
"And he said, ‘Well, I’m sorry, Hailey doesn’t have a phone anymore,'

“I don’t want to think about my baby being hurt like that and nobody being there to save her or being there to help her."
Darrow said that she had 'spoken with her Thursday night' and that Silas had sent her 'a couple pictures of her on a bridge and she looked so happy'.
The grieving mom added: "And she was about to go sing karaoke and that was the last time I talked to her.
"She was an amazing mother. My grandson is missing out on such a wonderful person.

"She was such an angel."
The circumstances surrounding Silas' death is currently under investigation - with Chief Deputy Anthony Buckner calling it 'extremely unusual'.
UNILAD has contacted Shelby County Sheriff's Office for additional comment.
