Meanwhile, she alleged that Benjamin's late wife Hillary posed as a medic at his practice.
"She seemed like the office manager," she said. "I trusted that she had medical qualifications... I mean, you would if someone is in scrubs."
Sylvie went on allege that Benjamin botched her breast surgery and she had to undergo a four-hour procedure in June to entirely remove her implants at a separate hospital.
At the time of Hillary's death, The Santa Rose Country Sheriff's Office said at the time: "The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the District One Medical Examiner's office is conducting a Death investigation regarding the Death of Hillary Brown.

"The cause and manner of death is pending the receipt of the autopsy protocol from the District One Medical Examiner's office.
"The autopsy protocol typically takes several months as it usually is dependent on extensive laboratory and toxicology tests as well as the information gathered by our Major Crimes detectives concerning the circumstances of the death."
Prior to Benjamin's arrest, his medical license was put under an emergency order of restriction by Florida State Department of Health.

According to the authority's report, Hillary had prepared her own anaesthetic solution and ingested several 'multi-coloured pills, which included valium'.
Her death went on to be ruled as being caused by 'complications following lidocaine toxicity'.
Benjamin's family have now spoken out in the wake of his arrest.
They said in a statement issued to UNILAD: "Ben continues to mourn the death of his loving wife Hillary, and this arrest, which is completely without merit, only deepens his pain and grief. All safety and medical protocols were strictly followed on the day of Hillary’s passing.
"Ben is a conscientious, dedicated, and incredibly talented surgeon, and he is looking forward to presenting the actual facts in a court of law and clearing his name of this horrible accusation."
