Arizona police have released the 911 call transcript from the night 19-year-old Rachel Hansen was fatally shot by an intruder.
On June 4, 2022, Rachel Hansen was shot and killed in her apartment in Gilbert, Arizona.
Over two years later and her attacker has still yet to be found by police, who have since shared the transcript of the 911 call the teenager made after someone broke in and fatally wounded her, her mom speaking out about the conversation.
The transcript shows Rachel call 911 and report that she's 'been shot'. "Someone broke in and shot me," she states.

Rachel then confirms she's at 1925 South Coronado Street and gives her apartment number to the dispatcher too.
During the call - which reportedly lasted around six minutes - Rachel told authorities to 'please hurry'.
She said: "Please hurry [redacted] Oh, [redacted] I'm bleeding, I'm bleeding."
And Rachel's mom, Kim Hansen, has since reflected on the transcript.

The teen's mom told 12 News: "We were hoping that there was more information. Though we're grateful to have something released, we're surprised at what was released."
She added to ABC15: "It doesn't show anything or give us any information. But it brought both of us to tears just knowing that Rachel had called 911, and then hearing the sirens was more than we could stand.
"We wanted to hear Rachel's voice. We wanted to hear what she said in her last words."

The mom picked up on hearing Rachel use the word 'please' in the call.
"As Rachel would do, even in a time like that," she said.
Police also released body-camera footage worn by members of authority who responded to Rachel's call.

However, the clips are heavily blurred and Rachel's mom is subsequently calling for 'a little more information' and 'a little more understanding of the investigation of what's been done, where they're going, anything new'.
Rachel's dad, Todd Hansen, told ABC15 Arizona: "A 19-year-old girl gets murdered in the town of Gilbert was unheard of."
"Really it's kind of unbelievable because I feel like two years have gone by and we should have something, and we have nothing," Karen added.
She resolved: "Anything more than we have had in two years. Any ounce of hope. The person that took Rachel's life is walking among us, somewhere. Maybe not in Gilbert but somewhere, this person is still out there and could do the same thing to somebody else."

A GoFundMe was started by a friend of the Hansen family in a bid to raise money for additional resources to 'help facilitate some answers and possible leads' via hiring professional investigators, forensic experts or attorneys. At the time of writing, just over $2,500 has been raised of the fundraiser's $20,000 target.
A spokesperson for the Gilbert Police told ABC15 Arizona: "As we approach the two-year mark since Rachel Hansen’s unfortunate homicide, this case continues to be of utmost priority for the Gilbert Police Department.
"We understand how difficult lengthy investigations can be on the families and friends of victims, as well as our community. We want to stress that this is a highly sensitive case, and we must be cautious that any information shared does not jeopardize our investigation or our steadfast endeavor to bring justice to Rachel and her loved ones.
"From the beginning, our investigators thoroughly canvassed the area in and around the complex for evidence and all tips and leads received over the last two years have been relentlessly pursued. In February of this year, we requested the public's assistance for a second time through our relationship with Silent Witness[silentwitness.org]. Information was disseminated through our Gilbert PD and the Silent Witness social media channels, requesting any information or tips be reported by calling 480-WITNESS.
"There is currently up to a $7,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in Rachel’s case. Any assistance that we can get with sharing this information is appreciated, so we can hold responsible those who hurt our community."
