Her death was subsequently ruled to have been a homicide.
Video footage of the flight reveals Mexican officials struggling with Brown on the flight as they attempt to extradite him from Mexico.

In the video obtained by CBS8, he can be heard yelling: "'They’re kidnapping me again, I'm from Chicago. I should not be going to Tijuana."
Brown seems to hold the officer's uniform close to his neck, and says 'let me go', before shouting 'this is kidnapping' in an attempt to appeal to the other passengers on the flight.
A doctor on the flight appears to try and calm him down by offering him a glass of water, but someone yells 'no glass', fearing what he might do.
