A skier who died while attempting a 'high risk stunt' has been named as 21-year-old Dallas LeBeau.
Dallas from Colorado died while attempting to jump 40 feet across a busy highway.
Tragically, the skier fell short on the jump and landed on the road, with emergency services being called at around 3pm to reports of an unconscious man.

A bystander attempted to perform CPR on Dallas, but despite their efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators looking into the tragedy have said that he had lacked the necessary speed and distance to make it over the highway.
Traffic was stopped in both directions, while investigators worked at the scene.
Dallas had been skiing since he was just two-years-old, with a video posted just weeks before his death showing his impressive skills on the slopes including jumps and flips.

His loved ones have paid tribute to him since his tragic and premature death.
Dallas' childhood friend Devin Shirk told FOX31: "He wanted to do things that nobody else had done.
"He always said his birthday was the same day as Evil Knievel.

"He encouraged other people to start skiing too. That was one of my favorite things about him too, is even if it wasn't jumps, he would just be like, 'You just gotta try skiing — it will change your life."
The incident which claimed Dallas' life happened at US 40 near to milepost 241.5, which is located just west of the Berthoud Pass summit.
Friend Jaxson Holmes said: "Dallas has been my best friend since we met on the first day of comp center.
"We have shared highs and lows and everything in between. I will miss his eagerness to do the things he loved and his dedication to everyone in his life. Forever my best friend."

Dallas' teammate Declan Burt also paid tribute, saying: "Love this kid, I was on team with him for 5 years and he was always one of the older ones that took me under his wing. Such a kind and funny person and the most rad skier."
