One Walmart worker who had clearly had enough of her job decided to quit, and has been praised for spectacularly announcing her resignation over the store's Tannoy system.
There are many people who've dreamed of leaving their jobs in a dramatic fashion, but one woman lived that dream as she quit working for Walmart and let everyone in the store know exactly why.
Beth McGrath explained that she'd been working for Walmart for nearly five years and this was the moment she'd decided to leave.

Beth probably didn't get a reference from her old employers when she made her dramatic exit last year, as she ended up saying the rest of her co-workers were 'overworked and underpaid' and proceeded to slam Walmart on the way out.
She said: "We are treated by management and customers poorly every day and whenever we have a problem with it we're told that we're replaceable.
"I'm tired of the constant gaslighting. This company treats their elderly associates like s**t."

There were then some more personal barbs aimed at some other employees who were told 'shame on y'all' and 'I hope you don't speak to your families the way you speak to us'.
However, plenty of Beth's co-workers got a shout out over the Tannoy system as they were told 'Walmart doesn't deserve y'all'.
Beth signed off by saying 'f**k management and f**k this job, I quit' before walking away and there's no denying that it's a hell of a way to make an exit from a job.

Audio of Beth's spectacular resignation announcement has started doing the rounds again on TikTok and people are cheering on the now ex-Walmart employee for leaving her job in such a dramatic fashion.
One person said 'we love Beth from electronics' while a second said 'good on you' after witnessing her epic resignation.
Another wondered why there wasn't 'a round of clapping and cheering from customers', while also describing Beth from electronics as 'brave af'.
Plenty of others said they thought her resignation speech was worthy of a 'round of applause', even if the customers in the store didn't provide one.

Someone else said they 'dream of doing this every day', which sounds like bad news for their employer, while a more melancholic viewer remarked that 'nothing will change but at least she feels she has moved on to better'.
Beth made a follow-up video shortly after posting her resignation speech, advising: "Do not be afraid to speak your piece, even if it tears you down first. Thanks guys."
