A TikToker has revealed the weird situation she was faced with while viewing a flat in New York.
As the eagle-eyed seven-year-old I was, an estate agent really had her work cut out for her when I pointed out all the cracks, breaks and flaws in a series of flats a family member was being taken around in a bid to find their perfect home.
However, it wouldn't have taken much to spot just what TikToker @notevenfrenchy saw when being shown around an apartment in New York.
In the video, the TikToker gives a scan of the apartment, only to reveal a man lying wrapped in a towel, fast asleep on the floor.

The caption within the video reads: "When you're supposed to be viewing an apartment but the current tenant is still here."
Alongside giving a video tour of part of the flat, the user joked: "The bathroom was really nice though."
In the video, the realtor can be heard knocking on the door of the apartment telling the 'current tenant' to 'look at the text' in which they agreed to a visit at 2.30pm. "'Okay, no problem.' That was the answer," she said.

The TikToker explained the tenant should've been 'out on Sunday,' so the realtor was 'very upset'.
"Also the realtor was the sweetest lady ever! she was trying to do her job and he made it very difficult," @notevenfrenchy explained.
In a later comment, she asked followers: "CAN YOU BELIEVE THE REASON HE SAID HE WAS STILL THERE IS CAUSE HE WAS FASTING."
She also clarified the person pictured asleep on the floor wasn't actually the tenant.

The post has amassed more than one million views, and thousands of comments from other TikTokers in stitches over the awkward incident. One said: "As you can see this apartment is very comfortable."
"A showing doesn’t mean you have to leave your apartment. Although this level of chill during a stranger walking through their apartment is next level," another reflected.
A third commented: "JUST REALIZED HES IN A TOWEL LMFAO."

Other users shared similar experiences they've had when viewing properties, such as one viewing a house to find a teenager 'wrapped in a blanket playing video games in the dark'.
"This happened to me except the apartment was tiny and musty and the dude and his dog were on the couch together and just turned and looked at us," another said.
