A woman has left her TikTok followers baffled by revealing she’s never kissed her boyfriend, despite having been with him for nearly two years.
In a video that’s racked up more than 3,000 comments, Kaytlin O’Neall revealed the ‘things people have said when they find out me and my boyfriend of almost two years haven't kissed’.
Kaytlin shared some of the most common remarks she gets about her decision not to smooch boyfriend Drew, which include: “For real?”, “That must take some self control” and “You know you can just kiss? It’s not the end of the world.”

Kaytlin’s boyfriend explained in a separate TikTok video how the pair were best friends who then fell in love.
"So everything that we do is to protect and look forward to more in the future," he said. "I want to marry this girl with every fibre in my being, believe me.”

Kaytlin, who recently graduated high school, has also touched upon her and Drew’s choice not to kiss in a separate clip, explaining that she settled upon the decision after ‘weeks’ of prayer.
The teen explained: “A year before me and him started dating, I was really praying to the lord. I was like, ‘God, what do I want to do on all of these little details?’ Kissing was one of them. I was like, 'Do I want to kiss? Do I not want to kiss?'
"I ultimately landed on: ‘I don’t want to kiss, because I wanted to save that for my future husband’.”

Kaytlin added: “I looked at kissing and I’ve always viewed it as such an intimate thing. I felt like that wasn’t something I had to save, but I wanted to. I felt like my future husband - the man that I’ve been praying for for years and years - I wanted to save that for him.”
She concluded: “Right before me and Drew started dating I was going to have a sit-down conversation with him, and I was kind of nervous about it because everyone has their own convictions.
“So I told him I didn’t want to kiss until marriage and he was so receptive of it. He even told me, ‘I wanted to say that as well’.”

As is so often the case with social media, ‘each to their own’ proved too impossible a concept for many of Kaytlin’s followers to grasp, and comments like “Y’all just friends”, “So you guys are basically just friends” and “Don’t you think this means you are friends?” quickly piled up beneath her post.
But regardless of the negativity, if Kaytlin and Drew are happy and secure within their relationship, then who cares if they kiss or not?!
