After saving her boyfriend's life by donating her kidney, he dumped her. Thankfully, she doesn't have any regrets.
TikToker Colleen Le went viral last year after sharing her ultimate tale of woe: after hearing so much about her then-boyfriend's struggles with chronic kidney disease, to the point he was forced to be on dialysis, she 'decided to get tested to see if [they] were a match because [she] didn't want to watch him die'.
Incredibly, she was, so in perhaps the most generous gesture anyone could do for anyone, she gave him one of his kidneys. He thanked her by sleeping with someone else and dumping her over the phone, and also accused her of only donating her kidney to 'look good'.
Naturally, Colleen's TikTok (@colleeeniie) was swarmed with comments praising her for going under the knife for her partner, but also supporting her given her ex's shameful behaviour. 'I hate that — what goes around comes around. I hope you find someone who worships the ground you walk on. You deserve nothing less,' one user wrote, among thousands of others.

Colleen has since opened up about the whole ordeal to People. 'I was nervous doing a big surgery like that. The biggest surgery I ever had before that was probably getting my wisdom teeth out. I didn't know what to expect, but I knew it would change his life for the better,' she said.
'I trusted him completely. I didn't think that he would do anything to betray me like that. It really threw me off-guard.'
Her ex cheated on her during a trip to Las Vegas for a bachelor party with some friends from his church. He confessed as soon as he got home. 'I had to go to work that night too, and I used to work at Disneyland — a place where dreams come true. You always have to be happy. They sent me home right after,' she recalled.

While the eventual break-up was difficult to take at first, Colleen is now at a point where she can laugh about it — and she doesn't regret it one bit. 'Saving someone's life, I could never regret that. It still feels good... I'm still proud of myself for giving someone a second chance at life,' she said.
As for her ex — 'He's never reached out. I don't know if the story got to him... I just know from a little bird that he's not in California anymore and he's married, so that's the only information I have.'
