People are flooding to social media to commemorate a young influencer who has died after falling into a reservoir.
On Tuesday (16 April) 20-year-old influencer Diego Kaua Oliveira Santos was out at Lake Salto Grande, Americana in São Paulo, Brazil, with his friends when he 'fell into the river and didn't return'.
Diego's passing was confirmed by his brother, who posted to his Instagram page - where he has over 140,000 followers.

"After one or two hours, they found the body... My brother is dead. He passed away. I have his cell phone. I wanted to say thank you very much for the support you always gave him."
The influencer is reported as having been active on his phone earlier in the day, posting to his Instagram and allegedly telling followers he'd give them 'something live' with civil police adding he was allegedly there to record content for his social media, the Sun reports.

Diego's brother resolved: "[He was] a person who always motivated me to be like him, to seek success, not to be discouraged, to pursue my dream'.
