A TikToker known as the ‘Narco Queen’ was shot and killed by masked assassins in broad daylight while on her way to a nail salon in Chile.
Sabrina Durán, 24, had cultivated a ‘bad girl’ persona and proven to be very popular on the TikTok, boasting over 500,000 followers and over 13 million likes.
A video of the harrowing moment she was shot has begun to circulate on social media.

The footage of her death was recorded by a bystander and shows Durán lying in the road, seemingly already being shot.
A car is then seen pulling off ahead of her before two individuals exit the vehicle brandishing guns and open fire again, firing a total of 6 shots at Durán. The two masked assassins then return to the car and drive off.
Local news outlets in Chile reported that Durán was on her way to her nail salon in the Padre Hurtado commune, just outside Santiago, Chile, when the attack happened. They also added that assassins took her car, which was later found set on fire.

Durán had gained recognition in the world of crime by stealing cars and operating within the drug business. She had also previously faced prison time and was arrested in 2022, with accusations that she was the leader of a local drug gang.
While Durán had been sentenced to three years for drug trafficking, she had been serving the last of her stint on a supervised release.
Police have not publicly said what they believe the motive behind the shooting is, but in a statement to the Daily Star said the killing was in 'cold blood'.
UNILAD has reached out for comment.

However, sources with knowledge of the investigation have said the shooting was about ‘settling scores’, according to a report by the Mail Online.
"We are expanding the field of investigation to see if there are more motivating (factors),” police major Leonel Muñoz told the media.
Despite her connections to crime, Durán had found success on TikTok by endorsing beauty products and dancing to music in her videos.

Durán uploaded her last videos on her TikTok page on Monday and featured her reviewing cosmetic products she was sent by DCM Cosmetics.
The owner of the company, Chanel Morales, spoke to the LUN newspaper and explained why they chose Durán to endorse their products.
"I looked to her because she has many followers,” she said.
"She attracted a lot of attention on TikTok because she was the Narco Queen, a bad girl, but her appearance and voice demonstrated the opposite.

"She was very sweet. She liked to support virtual small and medium companies."
