Yet more faults with the Cybertruck are being unearthed following the electric vehicle's anticlimactic debut late last year.
Some Tesla fans waited years to get their hands on one of the unique cars and, despite having long been in the works, Cybertruck owners have faced a series of issues.
One person who purchased the car in recent months had to take it back in for repairs within hours of getting it after their truck crashed into a neighbor's house.
The man who was behind the wheel of the car claims that his Cybertruck accelerated by itself, causing him to lose control of the vehicle and crash.

The new owner was later quoted $30,000 to fix his brand new car.
Other issues people have had with the Cybertruck involve its peal covers and the hood of the car.
Now a TikToker has revealed that there's issues with the EV's doors as well.
Content creator Whistlin Diesel, who boasts over eight million YouTube subscribers, took to social media to perform a door slam test - and it's safe to say that the Cybertruck failed miserably.

Stating that the door 'works perfect' prior to the test, after what he says was just one slam, the door appeared to pretty much fall apart.
In reference to similar tests he's done, Whistlin said the Toyota Hilux survived 1,000 door slams before breaking.
After slamming the door, it appeared as if the interior of the door became jammed and when it was pulled open, the contents of the door spilled out.

He went on to accuse Tesla of using 'legos' and other bits of plastic to construct the expensive car.
The video has since been shared on Reddit and people have expressed their concerns about the way Tesla have build the luxury EV.
"How is that legal," one person wondered, as second said: "This sounds genuinely terrifying."
Someone else wrote: "It looks like a five year old designed it."

"My 20 year old Toyota Tundra doors have been slammed harder than that without any damage," penned a different Reddit user.
Another person noted some of the other faults drivers have found Cybertruck's to have.
"No pinch detection on trunk. It'll cut your fingers off if they're in the wrong spot and you won't be able to get the trunk open again unless you're lucky enough to have your phone with Tesla app on you," they said.

"Oh and the cover of the accelerator pedal can slip forward when pressed down, which then gets caught perfectly in a seam of the car leaving the pedal stuck down and turning your car into a high-speed unstoppable bomb of sorts."
Seems like Tesla might have to go back to the drawing board on this one.
