TLC fans have been following reality star Tammy through a lot of hardship on her show 1000 lb Sisters.
She and her sister Amy have been documenting their weight-loss journey since 2020, when they shared a combined weight of over 1000 lbs.
Three years since they started the show, Tammy genuinely looks almost unrecognisable.
In season one of 1000 lb sisters, Tammy was trying to slim down from 717 lbs so she could qualify for a bariatric surgery.

In the latest season, she finally achieved her weight-loss goal, getting down to 534 lbs.
"When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second," she said in a recent episode.
"I'm like 14 lbs under my goal weight. From over 700, that's a huge drop.
"I'm feeling thrilled, proud, excited... just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong.

"Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!"
When she finally went through with the weight-loss surgery in an episode that aired last month and, despite a few bumps in the road, it was ultimately a success.
Tammy isn't a regular on social media, but after sharing a selfie posted to Instagram earlier this week, her followers almost couldn't believe how much she had changed.
"Gotta admit Tammy, you proved a whole lot of us wrong. Way to go & keep it up!" commented one fan.

"I think I speak for everyone when I say WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU," raved a second.
A third added: "Omg Tammy you look amazing! And no more trach! I have cried on every episode this season! You freakin' did it girl! I am so proud of you!"
Now that Tammy has had her surgery, not long after marrying her husband Caleb Willingham, she has already started thinking about having kids.
"I’ve missed so much and I’m excited to have a new chance on life," she told cameras this season.

"Who knows, I could have a kid."
Tammy explained that she had always been against having kids, but after seeing her sister Amy expand her own family, she seems to have changed her tune.
"I don’t know, just something changed. I’ve been seeing Amy with Gage and Glenn. So, I’ve been thinking about it. Nothing’s written in stone. I don’t even know if I can have kids.

"But, who knows. Maybe there will be a little Tammy running around one day. I don’t know if the world is ready for that."
