When Tammy Slaton first appeared on 1000lb Sisters back in 2020, she was trying to slim down to qualify for bariatric surgery and generally improve her health.
Today, she looks almost unrecognisable, and fans can't believe how far she has come.
Since she first appeared on the TLC series with her sister Amy, Tammy has been cheered on by fans as she embarked on her weight-loss journey.

Originally, Tammy documented her challenge to get her weight down from 717lbs to that she could qualify for a bariatric surgery.
Bariatric surgery, also known as gastric bypass surgery, is an operation done on the digestive system that will help a patient lose weight quickly.
In the show's most recent season, Tammy achieved her goal and got down to 534lbs.
Tammy got to go through with her weight-loss surgery in a recent episode of the reality series which, despite a few close calls, was ultimately a success.

At the time, she told cameras that getting approved for the surgery was 'a f***ing miracle'.
"I'm feeling thrilled, proud, excited - just all the emotions," she gushed.
"I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!"

For a while, Tammy had been pretty inactive on social media but, since recovering from the surgery, she's been keeping fans up-to-date on her progress.
In a recent video posted to TikTok, Tammy showed followers her new look, appearing both happier and healthier.
Wearing a floral dress, supposedly from plus-size fashion brand Torrid judging by their tag in her caption, Tammy smiled at the camera and said: "Torrid should sponsor me. Just kidding, I'm just kidding."
But Tammy's followers, who can't believe how far she has come, agree with her.

And a fourth penned: "I love you so much. Thank you for being you."

One of the main motivators behind Tammy's weight-loss was her wedding to Caleb Willingham, who she met at a food rehabilitation centre in Ohio.
The couple got engaged within one month of meeting, and tied the knot in November 2022, shortly after she recovered from her surgery.
A recent episode of the TLC series documented Tammy and Caleb's special day, with her sister Amy beside her as her maid of honor.
