Bam Margera has gone on a disturbing rant online, threatening to smoke crack until he dies unless he gets to see his child.
Margera, 43, said he has not seen his son Phoenix – who was born in December 2017 – in two months, and that he feels ‘so f***ing fed up’ and ‘cries every day’.
Margera shares Phoenix with ex Nicole Boyd, who filed for child custody of the child in September 2021, also filing for legal separation from her husband earlier this year.

Last week, Boyd responded to claims that she doesn't let him see their son, arguing in court documents that she has been following current custody orders, which state that Margera is able to spend time with Phoenix as long as he is in the state of California and sober.
Her attorney, David Glass, told TMZ at the time: "Mr. Margera continues to claim to be the ‘injured’ party because he isn’t seeing Phoenix - even though he placed himself 3,000 miles away after exposing the child to abuse and drug/alcohol abuse."
Now Margera has hit out again, having posted a disturbing rant on social media in which he claims his ex has ‘driven’ him to drink.
“This is an official message to anybody that cares about me whatsoever,” he said.

“I haven't seen Phoenix in two f***ing months and I am so f***ing fed up. I cry every day, I miss him so much and I know I have to wake up everyday knowing that I probably won't get to talk to him or see him.
“So yes Nicki drives me to f***ing drink, so does my f***ing mom and so does my f***ing pep-talking dad who tells me nothing but I am a f***ing fat loser piece of s**t drug addict.
“I am going to smoke crack with the bums down at the boardwalk until I am dead or unless you deliver me f***ing Phoenix. So get to work Nicki or anybody that wants to help. I want Phoenix.”

Boyd’s attorney told TMZ in a statement: “Unfortunately, that’s not how the addictions work. People’s behavior does not drive others to drink.
"This is a typical defense mechanism, and it shows that Bam may not have learned much in his past addiction's treatment.
“You have to take responsibility for your own actions. Nikki sincerely hopes that Bam can first achieve and then maintain sobriety, for his own good, and for the good of their son.”
In a previous statement, Glass also said Margera’s ‘continued instability’ is what makes ‘connecting him and Phoenix difficult’.

He added: “But, Nikki remains open to regular FaceTime communication, so long as Bam is not impaired during the calls, and so long as Bam does not denigrate Nikki during the calls."
UNILAD has reached out to Boyd's attorney for further comment.
Margera recently found himself in headlines after going on the run from police at the end of April, having been accused of punching his brother Jess in the face.

He later turned himself in, admitting he 'lost his cool’, saying: "I just got out of the courthouse with my lawyers.
"Everything went great and the false accusations of what my brother says are not true and he will be sued for defamation as well as being evicted from castle bam sooner than later.
"The reason I lost my cool is because I read his phone saying he wants me back in California and he wants to find a way to 302 me. F*** him."
A 302 code is used by Main Line Health in Pennsylvania as an involuntary commitment for psychiatric placement at an inpatient psychiatric unit.
