We’ve heard some potty celeb rumors in the past, but none quite as bizarre as this one.
As Beyoncé's embarks on her Renaissance World Tour, it’s been reported that she brings her own toilet seat to various venues (yes, you read that right).
If that wasn't weird enough, the singer’s mom, Tina Knowles, has now responded to the rumor and looked a little flushed while doing so.

This comes after an exclusive report from The Sun claimed that the star never sits on a toilet seat that has been used by anybody else - and therefore has to bring her own.
An image of a black container labeled 'Beyoncé toilet seats’ was included in the article and quickly went viral.
While it’s unclear whether this is a real backstage image, fans of Queen B have continued to speculate the reasoning behind this image.

However, the hit-maker's mom has waded in on the rumor and told TMZ that it was ‘so ridiculous’.
Speaking outside of Los Angeles’ LAX airport, the 69-year-old poured cold water on the gossip surrounding the Renaissance World Tour and denied that her daughter carried custom toilet seats.
“Yeah, because those are stands that you put fans on, they’re called ‘toilet seats’,” Tina Knowles explained to a reporter.
However, it’s not the only speculation Beyoncé’s mom has had to respond to.

Beyoncé was in hot water when she allegedly shaded fellow performer Lizzo after former employees filed a lawsuit against the 'Truth Hurts' singer.
Rumors first began when Beyoncé performed ‘Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)’ without mentioning Lizzo in a list of female artists during one of her shows.
However, Beyoncé’s mom wasn't about to let the rumor take over and defended her in an Instagram comment, writing: “She also didn’t say her own sisters name ya'll should really stop.”

Understandably, fans were impressed by Tina shutting down speculation around her superstar daughter.
While Beyoncé herself has not addressed the reason for the lyric change, Lizzo has since made a statement in relation to the claims made against her.
Sharing a statement with her Instagram followers, she told fans: “Sometimes I have to make hard decisions but it’s never my intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable or like they aren’t valued as an important part of the team.”
