What you’re about to listen to is a stroke of absolute genius from Jamie Foxx, who does what might be the best-ever impression of Donald Trump.
Foxx channelled the spirit of the former US president in the Daily Loud hip-hop podcast, and you may have believed the man himself was in the room if you closed your eyes.
The clip has somewhat predictably gone viral on Twitter and been retweeted nearly 32,000 times and attracted almost 187,000 likes at the time of writing.

Among the replies to the tweet,@lFoLKist said: “Foxx really the most talented entertainer in the game.”
Meanwhile, @yodafresh1 added: “I’m not surprised at this man’s talent his talent level is extreme. He can act & do impersonations plus his stand up as a comedian is top notch he also writes his own lyrics and plays the piano while he sings The skies the limit for Jaime Foxx.”

It was an assessment which @the_moviebob agreed with and commented: “Jamie Foxx is one of the MOST underutilized talents working in mainstream Hollywood. That sounds strange to say about someone who's won major awards and headlined HUGE movies, but think how long the stretches have gone when you don't hear from him.”
Fox already has a fine track record of impressions after successfully imitating Mike Tyson for a television series in the pipeline called, rather predictably: Tyson.

If a man like Martin Scorsese puts his name to it, then you can be almost certain of a good series. It will follow the life and career of the former heavyweight world champion.
The sky may indeed be the limit for Foxx with his latest release after his collaboration with Snoop Dogg for the film Day Shift jumped to the top of Netflix.
A synopsis describing the film on Netflix reads: “Jamie Foxx stars as a hard working blue collar dad who just wants to provide a good life for his quick-witted daughter, but his mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income, hunting and killing vampires as part of an international Union of vampire hunters.”

It was directed by J.J. Perry, a stunt coordinator and second unit director on films from F9: The Fast Saga to Bloodshot to John Wick: Chapter 2.
The film was also produced by John Wick director Chad Stahelski, and written by Tyler Tice and Shay Hatten (Army of the Dead, John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum).
Whatever Jamie Foxx touches is appearing to turn into gold at the moment.
