Jason Momoa has stripped down to barely-there loincloth on live television.
The Aquaman star was chatting about how he prefers to wear a traditional Hawaiian Malo during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! after photos of him donning next to nothing made their way to social media.
The 6 foot 4 Hawaiian hulk had been snapped wearing the loincloth while on a deep sea fishing trip in October, a move that had raised eyebrows and set chins wagging.

"That's a traditional Malo, it's what the Hawaiians wear," Momoa explained to the 54-year-old chat show host.
"I'm doing a show. I'm a creator and writer and director and producer and actor on this Apple series called Chief of War and it's all 1780s, 1790s Hawaii."
He added: "That's what I wear every day, and I was just getting ready for the role because I like to get into character and so I was tanning my white a*s."

Kimmel went on to ask if Momoa was comfortable in the Malo.
Momoa replied: "Oh my God, yes. I actually don't like wearing clothes anymore...I'm in it every day. I wear it all the time."
And, without further ado, the Game of Thrones alum stood and removed his mauve, velvet blazer and purple silk pyjamas to reveal he was, in fact, wearing the Malo underneath.
Kimmel's band played up to it with a striptease-eque type beat as Momoa slipped out of the silk garments and stood before the crowd in nothing but his thong loin cloth.

Kimmel laughed and fanned himself as the Hawaiian actor slipped out of his silk threads and into attire he deemed - ahem - more comfortable.
Kimmel said: "Let me tell you, I've never felt more like Danny DeVito than I do right now."
Momoa slipped his pants back on and proceeded with the interview shirtless, showing off his tanned muscles while he went on to promote his next role.

The Aquaman actor will play eccentric outlaw Flip in Francis Lawrence's fantasy flick Slumberland.
Speaking to People, the 43-year-old revealed that he let his inner child loose for the Netflix fantasy film.
"I became an actor [to keep in touch with my inner child]. I can't get out of it. I'm trying to be [as] adult as possible. But the truth of it is, I just love to play, and it's fun to be creative and use your imagination," Momoa said.
He added: "My kids keep me young, and doing the things you love to do, just playing."

Slumberland will drop on Netflix on November 18.
