Instagram now returns 'user not found' if his account handle is searched on the social media site.
The error message states: "Sorry, this page isn't available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed."
West, who prefers to be known only as 'Ye', has been suspended from not just Instagram but a string of social media sites in recent months in the wake of a multitude of controversial comments in what was a rather public digital meltdown.

The 'Bound 2' rapper had previously said he would go 'death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE' on Twitter, a move which got him banned from the social media site.
He'd also previously been kicked off Instagram for saying: "Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me."
Kanye West also said 'I like Hitler' on Alex Jones' show and sparked outrage for telling Jewish people to forgive Adolf Hitler and to 'let it go'.
West later appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored where he admitted that his comments were racist but insisted he didn’t regret them.

He also had his honorary college degree taken away for being anti-Black and antisemitic.
He was also named the 'Antisemite of the Year' after receiving the most votes for the title.
Each year, StopAntisemitism – an American non-profit organization focused on combating hostility towards Jewish people – holds the contest to highlight 10 individuals who have displayed antisemitism over the past 12 months.

His Instagram account had been previously restricted on Sunday, 9th October.
He returned to the platform with an Instagram Story and a now-deleted post on 26 October where he seemed to address the fallout with Adidas and Gap, who dropped him after his comments.
In a statement released on 25 October, Adidas announced it was cutting ties with West, who legally goes by the name Ye, over some of his recent comments.
The company stated: "Adidas does not tolerate anti-semitism and any other sort of hate speech. Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.

“After a thorough review, the company has taken the decision to terminate the partnership with Ye immediately, end production of Yeezy branded products and stop all payments to Ye and his companies. Adidas will stop the Adidas Yeezy business with immediate effect."
Well, after all of the Ye-related hubbub in the last six months, looks like we might finally be in the clear of his odd Instagram rants.
