Khloe Kardashian is being sued by one of her former staffers amid claims she sacked him for taking too much time off for an injury.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Kardashian is being sued by her former assistant Matthew Manhard after was allegedly fired in November 2022.
He claimed he started working for the star in 2019, but was fired after he incurred a knee injury in May 2022 that left him unable to work.

When he attempted to return to work in November, Manhard claims he was sacked by the Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian star instead.
Manhard claims in the lawsuit that Kardashian kept him so busy that he was frequently unable to take his legally required breaks and she dodged paying him overtime despite him often working 12-hour days.
Kardashian has denied the claims with her team firing back at her former assistant.

"It's unfortunate to learn that a former employee would choose to go this route. Matthew was properly classified and compensated for his role,' Khloe's lawyers told TMZ.
"Toward the end of his employment, he was on a leave of absence for an extended period of time and the role eventually needed to be replaced.
"We will not tolerate false accusations and will prove that this is a frivolous lawsuit."
Her former assistant is seeking monetary compensation from the 38-year-old and claims Kardashian violated numerous laws during the time he worked for her.

Manhard's lawsuit marks the second for Kardashian in recent weeks, with a model filing claims against her brand Good American in court alleging that she was left unpaid for months after the work she completed back in November.
Model Jourdan Whitehead claims she was set to be paid $3,500 for one day of work on November 17, 2021, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.
She claimed she was set to receive that pay on December 10, 2021.
She claims she did not receive a cent from Kardashian until March 11, 2022.

Whitehead, is now suing Kardashian's company for a penalty late fee.
She claims Good American's 'failure to timely pay [her] her wages was willful in that [Good American] was required to make timely payment, were able to do so, but chose not to do so.'
Legal documents state, as per, The Blast: "Labor Code section 203 provides that upon an employer's failure to make timely payment of wages, the employee's wages shall continue as a penalty until paid or for a period of up to 30 days from the time the wages came due, whichever period is due."

As she did not receive pay for more than 30 days after her expected payment date, the model alleges she is 'entitled to an award of penalties in the amount of $105,000.00, which is [her] daily rate multiplied by 30 days.'
She is also seeking for Good American to pay for her legal costs.
