Nine-year-old North West could be launching her own skincare range after mum Kim Kardashian filed several new trademarks in her name.
The reality star filed four new trademarks under her eldest daughter’s name, including one which covers a skincare range that could include products such as face serums, shower gels, facials oils and fragrances.
The trademark covers ‘non-medicated skin preparations, skin moisturizers, skin lotions, skin creams, skin cleansers’, as well as ‘skin serums, facial oils, body oils, bath and shower gels, bubble bath, body powders, cosmetics, fragrances, hair care preparations’.

And a skincare range wouldn't be a first for the Kardashian-Jenner family, with Kim and Kylie Jenner both having their own lines.
Another filing would also allow North to launch her own toy range and covers ’toy figures, doll accessories, dolls, drawing toys, infant toys, mechanical action toys, play sets for action figures, soft sculpture toys, bath toys’ and more, the US Sun reports.
The range could also include ‘children's educational toys for developing fine motor and cognitive skills, musical toys, toy food, toy cookware, baby gyms, playground balls, and sport balls’.
While the other two trademarks cover advertising and entertainment, which covers entertainment in the nature of providing information in means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment and pop culture”.

And this isn’t the first time that The Kardashians star has filed trademarks under her kids’ names - in fact, back in 2019, she reportedly filed ones in North’s name that are similar to the ones laid out above, but they also included another trademark for clothing.
And it’s important to note that just because the trademarks are filed, it doesn’t necessarily mean the nine-year-old is going to launch her own skincare empire anytime soon.
However, that hasn’t stopped some social media users for criticising Kim over the potential business idea.

One person wrote: "Skin care at age nine-years-old. Why's her mother rushing her growing up. Let the child be a child and do kids stuff."
Another commented: "Imagine if they just let them be kids. Get them a trampoline or something."
While someone else said: “A nine-year-old skincare line? Pretty soon they gonna be out here telling nine-year-olds they need Botox and lip filler.”

But others pointed out that the savvy mum and business owner could just be snagging the trademarks now, in case her daughter does want to follow in the footsteps of her famous family.
“She’s trademarking the name for North while she still young in case she wants to start a line when she’s older she can without having trouble with the name,” one fan said.
