Ryan Reynolds appeared to be over the moon at everyone's reaction to Blake Lively's dress reveal at the 2022 Met Gala.
Reynolds, who is a co-chair for this year's glitzy event, stood at the top of the stairs at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in New York City while his wife and fellow co-chair had her big moment in front of the world's cameras.
He couldn't wipe the smile off his face as Lively's copper dress was unfurled to show off its powder blue hues that were hiding underneath.

Everyone on social media was adoring the small moment on the red carpet.
One person wrote: "The way he looks at her."
Another added: "His smile. It’s like he is seeing her walking down the aisle for the very first time."
A third said: "That’s a man that loves his wife!! his smile."
Tonight's theme is 'Gilded Glamour and White Tie' and is meant to be the second part in the Met Gala's 'In America: An Anthology of Fashion' aesthetic.

Reynolds and Lively will be joined by the other co-chairs of the event, Regina King and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
When asked what it was like to be asked to co-chair, Lively told reporters: "Anna [Wintour] doesn’t make phone calls, she shows up in person. She’s very chic.”
The honorary chairs for the Met Gala are Tom Ford, Adam Mosseri and Anna Wintour.
Judging from the early arrivals, it seems like the A-list invitees interpreted the theme in a variety of ways.

While everyone was expecting big dresses like those worn in Bridgerton, some celebrities have gone for something a little different as their version of Gilded Glamour.
According to Variety, Vanessa Hudgens came in a 'sheer black lace gown with statement sleeves', while Emma Chamberlain was dressed in a 'beige-and-white Louis Vuitton ensemble'
